It was sooo easy to install. Good quality material for the price. Was able to do 3 windows with the 118 x 27 kit. Adhesive on velcro works good. I did heat up the door frame where velcro goes to get best adhesion

I have bought many black out curtains and blinds and still had sun light shining through causing me to constantly wake up when try to sleep during day on night rotations. Since the first day I got these I have been able to fall and stay asleep when sleeping during day. The let zero light in and I also bought these so I could take them down and move it to another room if needed. Fantastic product.

I work night shifts a lot and my have hearted attempts at blacking the windows out were a joke. This worked great! I did not use the included Velcro because I figured the gaps would let light in so instead I used large thumb tacks and they worked great. I put the silver side out the black side facing in. I would 100% recommend!

I only just discovered that not only do they fall off, as in the sticky does not stay on the black shades but to make matters worse, the sticky gum on the back of the velcro, is now melting on my windows and oozing everywhere, I can't get it off. I only used them once a week for 3 hours, it's cold weather here. If it Had it been hot outside I would have caught it sooner. I'm so frustrated that my windows are ruined, I am wanting to return them but I see my window for return has closed. 20.00 $$ wasted. 20.00 $$ that I didn't have to begin with. Blinds snd curtains are much higher, I thought this would have been a perfect remedy. Unfortunately it didn't work. I have no idea what it will cost to clean my windows.. I'm so disappointed, no , I am mad. The first 2 uses were ok, but removing them became a messy hassle. Leaving me to only remove one corner in order to let the light in. What a mess. My advice is" DO NOT PURCHASE " unless you plan on never removing them and adding additional ducttape to keep them in place. If you have purchased them already, be very cautious and check daily so that you can return them in time if need be. I don't think the manufacturers are intentionally selling bad product . But they should extend the return deadline to 60 days. I honestly think if I could reach them, they would refund me. Just Buyer Beware.

We couldnt get this to stick to our vinyl windows. It blacks out fine but if we cant get it to stay up its useless. Tried 2 different sizes.

Would buy again easy to put up and take down , comes with extra large strong quality mounting .

I work night shift. This took a lot of work to get it the way I wanted it for my bedroom window for daytime sleep. I had no clue what I was doing. In the end I decided to use the Velcro mainly to hold the material in place while I fine tuned the whole thing. I have one window with 2 panels with one panel that is permanently fixed in place and the other slides left to right to open or close over the fixed one. I popped out the movable one and cleaned it like crazy and cut a piece that fit exactly covering the glass only and not overlapping the frame and made an exact copy for the second window panel. Make sure they are really the same measurements first. Then I got a high grade black duct tape that matches the material and ran it around the edge of the window to keep it there until I decide to take it down. Take your time and you won’t really notice the tape and it looks fantastic. This is why I did a super clean on the window. The tape will stick properly. You can use the Velcro discreetly to hold the material while you tape it to the frame and window. Obviously the second window panel will take more patience as it doesn’t move. Don’t really care if I did mess it up a bit as the curtain covers it most of the time as well as a Venetian blind. i ended up with a window that totally blocks out all light and can easily be opened for fresh air without disturbing or damaging the covering. My room is 100% dark during the day. I am really happy with the outcome.

10/10 would recommendCut the piece to the size I wanted and stuck on the windows with the Velcro provided. And take them off each morning to let the light in.PROS: Kept my room nice and dark so that early morning summer sunrise doesn’t wake my kid up to early.CONS: Prone to sleep in if no alarm is set as it keeps it nice and dark you just continue sleeping ha!
