Dr. Oetker Cream of Tartar (30g)

I cannot give a good or bad review as I bought this product to make Keto bread.Haven’t seen any different to the recipe with it so...

As baking ingredients in general are a bit hard to find at the moment, this is a useful addition to the cupboard.It reminds me of my nan, who often used a pinch of this and that to get a decent rise in her baking.Price wise I deducted a star. Yes it's more expensive than pre-covid19, but it isn't horrendously over priced.I think it's definitely worth having in the cupboard 'just in case'.I hope you find this review helpful, thanks for reading.

I got 17/11/2021 and “use by 01/2022. 6 sachets!! How? Don’t have a bakery or big family..I had hope to use during 6 months at least. One year. Disappointed

I only use this cream of tartar in my opinion it’s the best don’t sale it in the supermarket anymore

This do what its supposed to do only giving this 4 stars because it is expensive for the price it does only include 6 sanchet and per sachet is 1 teaspoon and on the rate that im baking this did not last at all.

Used this to make a Key Lime Pie and it came out beautifully. So very happy with the product.

Bought this to try Angel cake, never used it before, cake turned out as online pictures, very pleased with the result. Will buy it again when need it.

Just what I wanted for my home baking. This product is not so easy to find in the local shops in these difficult times!!
