I ordered this basketball for my 4 year old. It comes deflated but was easy to inflate. The colors change as I roll the ball around which my child loves. My 8 year old has used this and likes it too but I don't really play basketball that much so can't go into details on quality but from my standpoint, it seems well made and my children like the colorful basketball over the orange or black ones.

I got this for my daughter who couldn’t wait for it to arrive. Its a youth size and looks just like the picture; and surprisingly (pleasantly) it stays inflated for a long time.We’ve only used it indoors, but after about 3 weeks it’s still holding its initial pump.The other thing I like about it is that the material is easy to grip.I grew up with a basketball goal at home, so I always had one, but never really thought of getting one for home. Now I wish I would have gotten one when my daughter was younger so dribbling would be second nature. Anyway this is just for fun, but she loves it and has fun and trying to steal it from me.

It's perfect for my niece only issue I have is it is not inflated so now I have to go and buy a pump so I can inflat and wrap before Christmas.

This is a really nice ball. The colors are outstanding! Plus, even with repeated dribbling, the color has not worn off anywhere, so I am impressed so far with the printing. The firm/softness ratio is great for a youth ball! It is just a little softer than an adult ball but still has really nice dribble action. Also, the size is just a bit smaller than an adult basketball, so great for kids. Though, hubby has no problems playing with it either. Overall, I am very happy with this ball. One thing to be aware of, it came pretty flat, so make sure you have a pump handy. But, other than that, it's pretty much perfect.

This is a really handsome ball that is quite functional for play. Really good bounce. It's youth sized so a little smaller, but is no less fun to shoot hoops with. The grip is not bad and the colors are great. It's also pretty cool that it has a small white celtic cross printed on it. A little celtic/Irish pride on the ball is a nice bonus, especially these days. Definitely recommended.

It looks good and was a good attention grabber for the kiddos! Just trying to find every way possible to get them interested in sports, and if something as silly as a "color shifting" ball does the trick, it's worth every penny! Thank you for a quality product!

Our daughter is in love with this basketball. It is easy to inflate and holds air well, ie it doesn't need to be topped off every time it is used. Size 5, so a bit smaller, but great for kids in the 6-12 range.
