These sauna pants definitely work!! If you want sweat while working out, this will do it!! I must get another pair!!

I was excited about these leggings and working out in them. That desire evaporated with every inch I pulled trying to get them on. I ordered to my size, but they are extremely small, and I couldn't them past my thighs. They feel very comfortable however, just order two sizes up.

I love those cause I train to loos water weight and it works very well ! I sweat a lot every time I use them for exercise !

These pants actually make u sweat but I ordered a medium and have to squeeze in them a little I would suggest that you ordered one size up

Sadly these did not fit. I did not care for the numerous hooks. Not very comfortable nor convenient!
