Nilkon Customer Service Not So Great!
The binoculars are great, in fact I bought two pairs. However, the eye piece caps, (see picture) within a couple of weeks of purchaseing the first pair, broke. I contacted Nikon customer service in March, sent multiple pictures, and was told they would replace them. They did send a set of caps but they were the for the other end of the bins. I informed them of their error and was told I would receive new eye piece caps but here it is, almost July and nothing. I have given up...!

Did my research in this product and it lives up to its great reputation. Lightweight and perfect for travel. Whale watching, plane watching, ship watching on the beach, or bird watching on a hike, this binocular won’t disappoint!
