Hadn't tried dry bags before, didn't know how good they could be.I hike a lot and usually cover a couple of national trails a year. I usually require a 50ltr backpack and my stuff fits comfortably in. Hadn't used drybags before so I thought I'd give 'em a go. Bought a 3ltr one initially and found that it fitted perfectly six pairs of wool hiking socks and six pairs of hiking pants and, in doing so, compacted the space to about half. So bought another as the laundry bag. Then bought a 6 litre which fitted my usual hiking evening clothes, that being a pair of cargo trousers, a hoodie and a t-shirt, and, again, compacted them right down (I usually do military rolls with stuff as well).By the time I finished packing my gear I was now using about half the backpack (maybe around 30 ltrs).Has totally changed my experience of packing stuff.Are they durable? Are they fully waterproof?Well, to the latter, I'm not actually expecting much and to the former I'll let you know, but worth it in my opinion just for the fact I can carry a smaller pack!

I bought the 3L bag to use as a dry bag for my meditation when traveling and it’s absolutely perfect! Light weight and rolls up tight this bag easily keeps everything safe and dry.

The quality is great, like most Osprey products. However, this is a 6L dry sack, NOT 35L as stated in the product description. Had I paid closer attention to the photo and thought a little harder about the price, I could probably have figured it out before I purchased. I'll still definitely use it, so I won't be returning. I just wanted to maybe keep someone else from making the same mistake.

Not even close to what the item is described as. Description states its a 35 litter dry bag. When arrived its only a 3 litre dry bag. Way too small for my needs.
