Took around 30 minutes to assemble Simple instructions, easy to follow. This does incorporate an optional vibrating cushion, which needs to be attached via USB if you choose to use it. The cable is a 2-part cable, so if you forget it's plugged in and go to roll away, it should release rather than ripping your entire set up off the desk. (I know this from experience, lol) But, if you're using this for console gaming, the cable is not much longer than maybe 4', so it wouldn't be an ideal option for gaming at a far distance from the system being used, unless you've got another power source.Super comfy, I am 350 pounds on a good day, and while this does feel slightly tight, it's a good kind of tight. It's like a firm hug on my back.The fold out foot stool underneath is one of those tacky things that you'd never use if you're using this chair in an executive setting UNLESS you're anything like myself. I have ADHD, ADD and GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder)- needless to say, I fidget constantly. This chair is the perfect companion, I can re-adjust it time and time again and feel as thought I've changed how I'm sitting, which is extremely important to me and may be important to you! :) So if you're like me, just quit the search... I'm serious, I've gone through chairs from $700 + and have never been more satisfied with what I've spent than this one. Maybe a fluke, and of course if something changes I'll come back and update this review, but so far- I cannot express how happy I am with this purchase.

not the highest quality product, but it’s perfect for my needs! so easy to put together and probably took me maybe 30 minutes. i love the footrest because i tend to sit with my legs underneath me or crossed. the pillows are a nice feature & i like that you can adjust the massaging one’s height. it just has one setting: vibrate. but overall perfect for me as i sit at a desk majority of the day and it’s pretty comfortable and reclines easily!

This doesnt cost that much and it definitely shouldnt cost that much. Not very comfortable, the padding is thin and will it ware out quickly. The materialseems relmthin as well. Form thenprice its good enough tho. It looks really cool and will probably last someone who weighs about 150 lbs a year but some one who weghs over 200 lbs probably last 6 months. So as long as you realize you are buying a disposable office chair, like they all are, then get it. I have bought dozens of chairs and spent anywhere from $80 dollars to $250 and they all seem to break after at least a year! I think to get good quality office chair we have to spend at least $500 dollars. I will shell that money one of these days and see how the chair holds up with daily use. This one, i can just tell by the quality, it aint gonna last long. For the orice i still five it 4 stars. After it looks cool and has a pillow that you fasten to it with something that vibrates inside of the pillow and it sits diwn by your tailbone. Thats so they could say its a messaging chair, lol! Dont expect anything fancy. But hey, you can tell your coworkers you have a messaging chair, just dont let anyone sit in it so they find out how useless it is.

As the other reviews say the arm's broke also cheaply made. Thin wood inside. But it works till I can afford a better one

DO NOT BUYI was very optimistic when i bought this chair, however that quickly changed once it was delivered. for starters, the chair was amazing until i sat in it for the 4th time, i noticed the cushion would immediately go flat and i could feel that i was sitting on the wooden platform under the so called "memory foam". the seat cushion is not memory foam, instead just some cheap foam filling that will flatten when anything heavier than 50 lbs. i reached out to the support team explaining the situation and they offered to send me a new seat cushion free of charge, i was more than happy with this solution. however, after not receiving any information or updates as to the replacement cushion for 8 days, i decided to reach out yet again to find out the status of the replacement. i was met with a message informing me that the part was out of stock and was offered a $20 refund instead. i was very displeased with this because i feel if i hadnt reached out they would have never said anythingthe chair has a good look, but thats about it, its not comfortable, and everything seems to come loose bolt wise after a few uses.for all you gamers out there like myself AVOID THIS PRODUCTcheaply made chair and an even worse support teamwill never buy from or recommend this company to anyone againwill be returning this chair before the return window closesHIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

The chair is durable, good materials, all gadgets work. My son uses it to play video games. The weight capacity is true too.

I started working from home and needed a comfortable chair. This is it. Not only does it have a leg rest and neck rest for proper ergonomics, it also comes with a massager for my mid and low back. When I say I love my new chair, I love her. Highly recommend!
