DR Harris & Co Marlborough Shaving Cream with Cedar and Sandalwood

I bought this shaving cream based on other reviews I had read. It is a little pricey, but it performs so well. It has a pleasant, intriguing scent which isn't strong to the point of conflicting with aftershave. The lather is outstanding and cushion, slickness and glide which are what wet shavers look for were up there with the very best. I would highly recommend this shaving cream

The quality is definitely 5 star but I am giving it 4 only because I prefer the scent of the Arlington. But you might think differently. I would encourage you to try both (maybe a small tube initially) and then I reckon you need look no further for shaving cream. I have tried other very good ones, but DR Harris has become my "go to" maker. Slightly more expensive than some but, as others have said, a little blob goes a long way.

This, like the other DR Harris creams is really really good. You get a tremendous lather. Its hard to explain to someone who has not experieinced it, but really, the lather is fantastic. I love the scent as well which is nice and strong and totally matches the ASL and cologne, and it really lasts all day especially if you used the cologne on your pulse points.

As a 40 year old, I've been through a few shaving products, but I'm still young enough to try something new. I prefer a wet shave with a brush. Its comfortable and the little ritual is a pleasure.I tried Dr Harris's Marlborough shaving cream for the first time about a year ago. For a start, that illustrates its longevity. Ive only just run out. Just a tiny dab on the end of the brush in enough to work up a fantastic lather - its like the tale of the porridge pot! Very smooth, easily workable, leaves the skin feeling fresh rather than dried out. The screw top is great if you travel frequently. I cannot recommend this product enough. Treat yourself, its worth every penny - I'm hooked.

I concur with everything that the previous review has said. This is a great shaving cream in a handy container that provides protection and has many uses when the cream has been exhausted. Sadly,I could only make mine last 8months! With a good razor,the expression,"baby's bottom"springs to mind!
