This works great in about 5-10 minutes. I bought another bottle.

My husband gets foot and lower leg cramps at night fairly often, so I ordered this in hopes that it would provide some relief. As so often happens, it worked miraculously for about 2 weeks: no cramps and he didn’t even have to open the container and use the foam. We suspected that this product was not responsible, and I waited patiently for cramps to reappear. At last, he woke with a bad leg cramp and tried this foam. He only used one dose instead of the 2 recommended on the container because the pain had gone way by the time he’d rubbed the foam in. He worried that the product would stain the bed sheets because of the oily feel of the foam, but it was absorbed after feeling oily initially. Since his cramps usually go away with a little walking and/or massage, he can’t say how helpful the foam is, but the cramps often return and, this time, they did not. At minimum, he said it makes massaging a cramped muscle easier.

Does not work as well on nerve pain as previous products

It’s the only thing I’ve found to stop leg cramps. I’ve used it for a number of years. The foam is new to me and it’s made it even better. I also love that I could get it in a size small enough to travel with. Before I’ve always had to put it in a smaller spray bottle now I can just toss this bottle into my quart bag when I fly.

I enjoy the quick relief it provides in and emergency as well as a pre bedtime routine

only works for 20 mins or so .would not buy again
