The best backpack for tech that I have ever owned or used
I am a computer repair field tech and I needed a backpack with a hardshell bottom that doesn't fall over everytime I sit it down. This pack has top notch construction quality, and ample room and storage compartments and the padding is perfect for heavy loads. I have owned and used at least a dozen other tech backpacks and this is already proving to be the best one. I carry two laptops in it, a Lenovo T14 fits in the laptop slot and a Mbook Air 13" fits in the tablet slot. I also carry lots of hand tools and miscellaneous computer repair tools and it all fits. The top 'sunglass' compartment is perfect for carrying moble hotspot (jetpack) and my personal phone and ear piece case. I literally have every pouch and pocket on this thing in-use. The zippers are really good quality and very smooth, and they can be locked. The top handle is the best one I have had on a bag and it's earning my approval because if you try to pickup my bag, you'll have to brace yourself because it's heavy, my wife cannot even lift it with 2 hands yet it is still comfortable for me to carry on my back for short to mid distances. It is well worth the price.

Well built bag
Ordered this bag to replace a regular backpack that was supplied by my company that was falling apart. Did I need this high quality of a bag? No. Am I glad that I purchased this bag, absolutely. My 15” HP laptop fits perfect in this bag, which was the one thing I was worried about. The other pocket in that compartment goes about half way down. The middle compartment(pic 6) is pretty spacious. I keep my cables and fluke multimeter in there for troubleshooting. The next compartment(pic 7) has enough room for my pin removal tools, some wires, and my flashlight. The front side of this compartment has a place to put your glasses and has a hard liner in it to keep them safe. The next compartment(pic 8) has multiple places to hold tools in place. The outer most compartment on this has 2 zippered pouches that I keep a couple wrenches, ratchet, and sockets in. The last picture is of one of the side pockets. When it is fully unzipped there is a decent amount of room to hold a drinking container in. When it is fully shut there isn’t much give to it so would be better for thinner items. The zippers on this bag are heavy duty. The computer compartment and the middle compartment have it so you could put a lock on the zippers if you wanted. The bottom of the bag has a hard base on it to keep it dry if it gets set on a wet surface. The only thing you would have to watch out for would be the straps. I just tuck those into the slot you would put a travel bag handle through if you were traveling with it. They have Velcro straps at the end of the strap adjustment so that they are kept tidy. The back of this bag and the straps are very well padded. It is a decently firm pad but 100% better than my previous bag I was using. Overall I enjoy this bag so far and am glad that I bought it.

5'4 female, heavy and useful for home and in field
Not as spacious as I thought, but I bought this because at times I have to go to farm fields and wanted something with a solid bottom base. Easy to clean wet mud off. Color is also nicer than other bags. Chose this one based off reviews. Some field work I need to find the unit in an estimated location hence backpack. It's very rugged. The weight may not work for other women, but that's the trade off for durability.Downsides I can't fit the 3 clipboards I need nor the units I may need to set up for installation once the bag is filled with tools.Hold off before you take off the tags. By measurements things fit but the squeeze kind of ruined quick grab. Meaning you could shove everything in there, but then you don't want to dig or have (clipboard in my case) fall out.I always intended to keep this for my uses outside of work too. The ease to clean. The no worries of toss tool into bag punctured or scratch. It's only worth the price if you need to clean it based on work environment. If not the need for "rugged" a lighter or more spacious bag would have been best.I have an aversion to using say my main basic swiss gear to be covered in dust, dirt, wet mud, water ect. It could survive just fine, but it feels ruined and harder to clean for me. Some colleagues don't care but idk. The office backpack vs this. The separation is mental too for me.Also I can grab n go with this one now that I have my main office bag and this dedicated one.

Truly Heavy Duty
It feels like the toughest backpack you could buy. For years I’ve used mid-priced backpacks, only to be replacing them frequently as they fall apart flying cross country to work in substations & data centers. This is the one to buy for technicians carrying laptops, cables & adapters & other equipment to jobsites. Feels bulletproof. The bottom is a stiff plastic that reliably stands upright. So much better than Ogio or Swissgear for rough usage. Like all engineering decisions, there are compromises, as you trade-off a bit of interior volume for all that durability. It is worth it for me to not have my pack roll over on the dirty floor spilling out my laptop, and have body bag strength zippers. Fabric is stiff but feels exponentially stronger than others. Works for me flying everywhere and setting up in rugged environments. I’ve added badging to the bag, thinking about buying several for the department.

Just what I was looking for
I purchased this after searching the web for months, watching reviews, and shopping around at stores in person. I was a little apprehensive due to the price. But, once I received it and loaded it up with all of my EDC gear I was blown away with how much storage this bag holds in such a small form factor. The sturdiness of the bag is great. The dry weight is very light. The value for the money is definitely there. I was able to retire all of my smaller EDC packs due to the amount of storage and organization capabilities. I would 100% recommend this bag.
