One of the best purchases I made on Amazon. Holds my drink tightly and at a very good temperature hot or cold. Tip I learned if you want to remove/place the cap. Unlock the drinking lock while attempting both or else it'll be difficult to remove or won't close properly. I just dropped the mug on a bed and panicked only to find out nothing spilled out ✧⁺⸜(●˙▾˙●)⸝⁺✧ʸᵃʸ I'm using it for cold drinks more often due to summer heat. It didn't cool when I placed it in the freezer with the cap on so I guess I'll have to remove it during that time lol since the drink stayed room temp.

This was a gift for an admirer of elephants. That would have made it great. But this company added 2 metal straws and a key ring with elephant design on the fob, and the cup was packaged in a gift box with ribbon accent. TERRIFIC

I ordered this for my mom in another state for Mother’s Day. I figured it would be a decent quality mug with lid. It was so much more than that! The mug itself is fantastic, better looking than I expected, and it came with several bonus items, such as a matching theme metal keychain, a metal straw with straw cleaner, and a special sponge for cleaning the mug itself too. My mom was delighted, and so am I. Buy it!

The media could not be loaded.  SUBERB QUALITY. THE VIDEO IS THE CUP AFTER ITS GONE THROUGH THE DISHWASHER ABOUT 5 TIMES. ( I KNOW HANDWASH ONLY BUT WHO HAS TIME FOR THAT?) WOULD BUY AGIAN.
