I was pleasantly surprised by this knife. It has a great heft, and the handle beautifully textured with red liners and dark brown handles. The blade is sharp and has a black coating, with gimping at the rear of the blade for good thumb purchase. It is also a very nice size, not too big and not too small. the sheath is functional, but a little large for the knife. I will probably wind up making my own sheath with kydex in the near future.

The knife seems decent so far. However, the sheath is for a knife like 4 times the size of this one. I am going to have to completely rework the sheath to make it even a little bit reasonable.
