I great addition for your peace of mind. I bought this device as a convenient password manager. It works across a number of devices I own (Windows laptop and Android Smartphone and iOS). Initial setup takes some time, and require some attention, but once its is done you can forget about passwords once and for all -- it does it for you as well as locks and unlocks devices. I find it very useful as I so many places nowdays require authentication and it is impossible to remember all of them. Additionally, I don't have to balance between the number of passwords I can remember and a security level of chosen passwords. I know that even if I loose it vendor promises a secure solution, which is a great addition. I love that all passwords are not in the cloud and I can use it without a constant internet connection.

I bought this on a whim - had some real problems getting it to connect to the Bluetooth on my iMac, just seemed to be going in a loop and I was getting ready to return the product: but I got it to connect eventually.The item itself is plastic, and the button isn't so easy to press. However, the functionality once you get it installed is incredible. I seem to spend half of my life trying to remember variations of the same password: now I'm able to use those ridiculous government level passwords that no one could ever remember.You're able to import a CSV file of your existing passwords from programs such as Roboform or KeepPass and with a large amount of messing around you can even import those passwords that Chrome has remembered for you (I found a solution that currently works, which I've posted on the Chrome support forum).Very good value for money: the amount of time it saves me in a month will pay for itself.

Yes: I hate it. Why? Because I’ve tried so hard to love it. I really wanted to, because I think the idea is just awesome but... eventually, I had to give up.First, it is not mentioned anywhere that most features are available only on Android so, if you have an iPhone like me, you're out of luck.About its features:- It can store passwords, but you have to write one at a time into a form on your browser, that's the only way to import. No CSV, no lastpass import, etc.- It’s said it can store your RFID fob, but you have to buy another piece of hardware for that. I've wasted other 20£ on that without luck, it's far from being a simple task.Also it have issues:- It literally drained 2 batteries in ten days, but this could be the higher use I've done trying to find a use of this.- The worst was: It makes your phone ringing randomly. Unfortunately, bluetooth connectivity isn't that stable, and your phone will start ringing with no reason.. annoying everyone.So, I've really tried to use it, and I'm very disappointed. I had to send it back, I really hope a future version will fix this issues because, again, idea is great.

I bought this item following a recommendation from a friend. I've been using this device for about a month now, and I can say it comes very handy. Due to specifics of my work I need to leave my workplace quite often, and I am glad I don't need to lock/unlock my desktop all the time any more. The password keeping feature is also very handy. I got used to keeping most of my passwords in Keepass and my browser's security module (both protected by very lengthy master passwords), and I started using Hideez by recording those long master passwords in it. The very fact that I didn't need to type those long master passwords any more whenever I needed to retrieve a particular password from Keypass was a huge relief! Overall, it's a nice little piece of equipment which you get used to very quickly.

In the age of cyberattacks, you want to take digital security seriously, and Hideez is a small digital security key which helps you protect your devices.The delivery was on time; I'm still exploring the functionality and liking it so far.P.S. I got it at a discount for £15 but I believe even at its full price it could well be worth the price!

Didn’t work with my laptop

Bought this based on product description, foolishly thought that as the description says it works seamlessly with MacOS and IOS then it would.Very disappointed to find the instruction manual states that MacOS and iOS are not supported and in development.Straight back to Amazon for a refund, may try in the future when the product developers have caught up with the marketing team.

It is one more pleasant thing about this item. It seems to work for long and I hope it’s gonna be so. As for the quality – I’m delighted!
