Sounds Great... depending
What you plug headphones into matters. If its your phone/mp3 or similar you should be fine. I tried these in a Roku remote with a headphone jack and they sounded like trash. Plugged them into my Motorola and it sounded great.

Disappointing
I bought these Sony earphones because I was looking to replace my trusty Sony MDR-XB55ap earphones. (XB is for extra bass). Those are discontinued now, after years of super success for Sony. These are less comfortable, because they are too small. The other earphones I mentioned were larger and fit nice and snug without having to be pushed deep into the ear canal. These lack the big, rich, SONY sound I was expecting. I gave these away to a neighbor.
