Pretty p!$$ed off actually! On the pictures it's a plain black umbrella which is what I wanted and paid for but the umbrella that arrived has independent living written on it as well as the website for "aidapt" so not only are they getting free advertising but it also suggests I'm on a day out from the care home. Wouldn't have bought it if known.
