This is an absolute comfort. My Aunt and uncle have been using this massage chair for more than a month now at home and its worth the purchase. Go for it.

The product I was delivered at first stopped working after 5 minutes so I placed a replacement and it got replaced pretty quickly and the product is actually good and it does what it advertise.

There was no adapter in the box of the product when we received, so we got it replaced, but the same thing happened again.So I don’t know if this even starts.Waste of money.

I bought this product through amezonAfter 2 days the remote is not working properly so i called amezon for replacementAnd the replacement not reached meThen I called beat xp people thy told me to send video then I sent the video of remote which was not working properly but they saying this video is not enough for us so send other video pl see I complain means they attend the faulty massage r or replace the same for me just they saying this and that so kindly pl don't buy this product

Very Effective for neck and back pain for senior citizens

It gives very good comfort.

The media could not be loaded. It's direct connect and go, no hassle. The best part is that I can fit in anywhere. And likewise, pack and keep away later on. The massage mechanism changes accordingly set on the remote and go all way up to the bottom. The neck massager can also be adjusted slightly up or maybe a little down. Well, the bottom does vibrate, not sure what that's for. Overall after a long day in an office chair, the massager covers most of my back pain parts.
