I bought them at the same time as the liquid Chlorophyll by Nature's Way! Now on to my review...My nails are growing faster! And my skin is also on point! SO ON POINT, that my significant other cant quit mentioning it! Which is not normal for him. He never mentions my skin like this, until now! The first time he was giving me a kiss, and stopped to back up and look at me for a second, and was like, "Are you wearing makeup?" I told him no, why... "Your skin is super clear! Like all smooth and clear! I thought it was makeup for a second."OKAY FASTFOWARD TWO NIGHTS LATER, and again he mentions my skin. "I dunno wtf you are doing, but do it to me please! I want my face to be all clear & smooth like that too!" - I was like baby Im not doing anything different except taking new supplements, and you never take supplements consistantly. You stop after like two days. Soooo...By the end of that same week, as he was helping bring in groceries for me to put away, and he noticed my face again lol, he was like, "DANG IT, YOU HAVE THE SKIN OF A GODDESS!!!" and I just laughed & blushed, and felt all smiles... He never talks like that, seriously NEVER! So the fact he did it once was new. But he hasnt stopped at just once, he's done it 3 times now.And all I know is I began taking these vitamins along with the liquid chlorophyll each day. That's it! That's all I did differently. So they have to be working. I will keep buying!

Quality good just thought bottle was going to be bigger.

My nails grew fast but I bought for hair mainly . My hair still comes out when I wash it. I may need to keep buying?

After trying several different supplements for nails and hair, this is the first to ever make an impact before I finished the first bottle! My nails got thicker and straightened out channels. My fine hair no long looked dry and fried with frequent exposure to chlorine in the pool. I highly recommend it.
