I wrote a bad review originally because the patches wouldn't stay on, but I've since learned that if I put him on inside for a least an hour before I go outside and do some sweating they stay on. they've stayed on for 10 hours today. And they seem to really help my knees. so I have changed my opinion and highly recommend these patches.I really wanted these to work and maybe they do, but they won't stay adhered to the skin. In the photos, I had only worn these for ten minutes and they buckled and fell of. Too bad. Maybe they have a suggestion as how to make them stick longer.Sure wished they had better adhesion.

I like the style and it fits perfectly under my knee and doesn't interfere with the bending of the knee. Odor free for wearing in public.

I am Cautious about what I use whether it’s CBD, patches,Lanacane ,whatever. Nothing seems to help me. I tried these patches on my knee and on my shoulders that are extremely painful and I do find relief from them. So much so that I ordered some for my sister in Ohio who is in a nursing home with a lot of pain. The CBD we get for her doesn’t seem to help that much so we’re gonna try patched for her. So if anybody is unsure, it’s worth a try to test it out. If it works for me, it really should work for you. Pain is pain no matter where and we will try anything to make it less painful or no pain at all. I give these thumbs up. 👍

You will find many similar pain relief patches on Amazon...same shape and many with similar ingredients. I have tried MANY myself and this patch is definitely better than all I've tried.This product is professionally packed ( I've tried some that were packaged in a crummy zip lock bag)....This brand of patches secures well to the skin and stays in place at the gym. It also removes easily and leaves NO tape residue, which many did. It is meant to be used for knee pain, but I have also used it on my achilles, and my low back. I'm 73yo and very active, hiking, lifting weights at home, and doing Crossfit wods, so you know I have joint pain. These help a lot. Highly recommended.

So far, I used these patches on my left bad knee and lower back. After using them, I forget sometimes that I have a bad knee.They reduce inflammation, not just pain, and if there was a way to use them for hips and other body parts, not just for the joins, that would be terrific!

Based on reviews, this product sounded too good to be true so I ordered a box of 24 pieces to try. I am now a believer! The patch works for my pain ! Everyone is different but this patch gives me my mobility back without constant pain. I put one on in the morning when I am getting dressed and within a hour..any pain is gone and I am pain free for at least 6 hours or more. I take it off at bedtime and repeat the process the next day. They have been so good that I just ordered another box of them. I don't want to run out!! Recommend!

Update- I complained about the product being hard to open, the company contacted me right away and offered a refund. I appreciated their service. Good product but there’s no pull tab to initiate pulling the backing from the patch. Would not recommend for seniors with arthritis in their hands or fingers. Took me way too much time to install the patch trying to get the backing off and my fingers are healthy.

I get a lot of shoulder & neck pain, this was great for that. Slapped it on there & within 30 minutes felt a feeling of minty compression that took away from the tension in the shoulders. So many people have told me I have tense shoulders, for like, over a decade. And I've been navigating different relief care products for that over the more recent years, but I like that these patches can just stick on and hide under a t-shirt/blouse because the other care products I've used were moreso weighted products or creams that were a bit inconvenient/not that possible to carry on frequently, or discretely. So this was helpful for me, of course results vary, but I like the affordability in this within my budget range for my need & frequency to apply. The patches were pretty strong that I leave them on for about an hour and a half, after that (it feels) like a menthol/minty sensation that I can't really take longer, but effective to not keep on for the entirety of its lifespan. My shoulders feel decompressed after that and I feel a bit more relaxed. Great relief for people who may need care for super tense shoulders!
