Very good product.Sizing:I measured as per the instruction. My let is 18” at 5” above center of knee. This puts me right on the cusp of large and extra large.I considered the comments saying to go down a size. I also considered the comments saying it loosens up after a few walks. Based on these two factors I chose to go with a MEDIUM. Good choice as it fits great! A little snug at first but now I’ve dove 3 x 5km (3mile) walks. It didn’t loosen up much but enough that it’s got a perfect fit. So definitely go down 1 size for sure. 2 sizes, if like me you are barely in a size.DesignRunning vertically on either side of the knee are stiffeners. These, along with the circle over the knee cap, offer very good support. There is a slight fold behind the knee. Not enough to be a bother. I don’t think there’d be any way to make that better than what it is. IThe material has stretch but is very firm so the overall support in all directions is good. I need TKR surgery so this is a stop gap. And it really reduces my pain when walking.OverallFor the price, I don’t think this can be beat. It’s really a very good product. I may buy a couple more in different colours just so I can be colour coordinated, haha. Just make sure you have the right size. You don’t want it slipping down on you. A snug fit is critical to good support.

I just bought my 2nd and 3rd sleeve. I have used NEENCA brand for about 3 years. Bowling and walking they do a great job. Arthritis in both knees plus left need I think has a small tear. These sleeves are keeping me in the game. Only once after i used my first sleeve over 2 years while bowling i felt any pain. Put some K-tape on to help, put sleeve back on, pain went away and did not come back. These clean up nice too.One more reason i came back is the side support. They don’t roll down your leg. Many of the cheap ones will do this snd you’ll end up throwing them out in frustration.Good product. I recommend but if your knees really bad, check with your therapist and see what they say.

I absolutely love these knee compression sleeves / knee braces. They are very good quality, comfortable, and have a secure fit. I have used them for the past two years playing competitive basketball and the gel pad and side spring stabilizers are great features in the product and help to provide some peace of mind when playing after tearing a meniscus a couple of years prior to using knee braces. My only sadness came when I broke one of the side spring stabilizers. I guess I was working them too hard!I'm looking forward to showing some of these off in action at the 2024 Huntsman Senior World Championships this year.

I had a partial tear of my PCL almost a year ago while playing basketball. Prior to that I never wore any braces for my knees or ankles. However this was a major injury for me and I wanted to play it safe. 8 months after my injury I was finally ready to go back to sports. I was recommended by multiple friends of Neenca knee braces. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning however when I was doing sports I could feel the difference. I could feel that my knee is not being overloaded with stress when I run or make cuts. It is comfortable and not too restrictive. This knee brace serves exactly what it claims to do and I highly recommend it. I also want to send shoutout to their customer service. They acted very quickly and professionally to address my concerns on ordering the wrong size. Overall I couldn't ask for a better experience product wise or customer service wise. 5 star all around.

I went a bit too far on the hiking, walking, and biking. The physiotherapist said that I suffer from goosefoot. It is really annoying and will require time and exercises to heal. Since I don't stop my activities, but rather go slowly, this brace really helps me to eliminate the pain. I sometimes even wear it casually at home. It is very comfortable and hold with a nice compression that is not overwhelming and doesn't impede on your movements. Following the size guide I ordered it in large which fit perfectly my 42 cm of thigh circumference. I would call it a sleeve with support more than a brace because it is not rigid although you have spring stabilisers on both sides that give it some structure. I read comments about the stabilisers breaking, but unless you really abuse it while wearing it or bend it forcefully the wrong way while you are not wearing it this shouldn't be an issue. This is not a metal and hard plastic brace that cost 200 $, it is a 36 $ CAD sleeve so manage your expectations or pay the 200 $ if you want to feel like Robocop. For every average user you should get a decent lifespan out of the sleeve. I went on several hiking trips of 2 to 4 hours since the purchase and everything is fine...my knee above else. I wouldn't have been able to do those without a decent sleeve, and this one does the job for me.
