Great Customer Service!
The first pump I received did not pump water. I contacted Bilthard and they walked me through a few troubleshooting steps. When I showed them that it was malfunctioning, they sent a new pump with rushed delivery. Every company will experience problems, but the REAL value of a company is that they stand behind their product. This company is great!
