Better than nothing. Cost is an issue for me. I rather go to Trader Joe’s. They have low sodium and low calorie chips.

Healthy Alternative to Ordinary Snack Foods
Finding a healthy snack alternative isn’t always easy. Most snack chips are simply not good for health and worse yet, many of them are highly addictive. But alternatives do exist and one excellent choice is Mozaics Organic Popped Veggie & Potato Chips, Sour Cream and Onion.These chips are made with quality ingredients. I was surprised to discover that the number one ingredient is peas! When was the last time you saw a snack chip that could make a claim like that? With vegetables ranking highly and with a popped and not fried process, you feel good about these chips before you even open the bag.A quick glance at the nutrition confirms the superiority of Mozaics chips. The calories are lower than that of other snack chips. The fiber and protein are higher that of most snacks and the snack is certified organic. The sugar is low, too. Again, this is a snack and it shouldn’t be a substitute for a square meal, but it’s definitely a better snack than others on the market.With the flavor, I found it pleasant, with an earthy, vegetal taste. The sour cream and onion are more subdued than expected. I could taste olive oil and some potato. There is a light spice as well and I like the crisp yet light crunch. The chips are light enough that you could eat a good portion of the bag and still keep the calories under control. And while they are tasty, they aren’t as addictive as most potato chips, corn chips, or tortilla chips. Many of these other snacks are far worse from a calorie and nutrition perspective, but are so addictive you could easily eat multiple servings before you know it. This Mozaic snack is very good, but I am more able to keep my snacking in check.Snacks are nice every now and then but it is important to be choosier than usual when you select a snack food. Most are terrible from a nutrition and calorie standpoint, but Mozaics Organic Popped Veggie & Potato Chips, Sour Cream and Onion are an exception to the rule. I really can’t find anything negative to say about this snack, and so they earn an easy 5 stars from me.
