I take flax seed oil for my dry eyes but have a difficult time swallowing large pills. Getting it in a good tasting gummie helps me to take them as often as I should. These also have probiotics in them, which is just a bonus, but I can't really tell if those do anything. The flax does what it's supposed to do for me.

I was suffering from serious dry eye and ophthalmologist suggested flax oil supplements but I can’t swallow the enormous pills that they all seem to be. This was a perfect solution and also contains the probiotics. Within about ten days I am no longer needing drops or ointment. Bottle suggests the dose is 2 gummies/day but I’m taking only one - that meets my ophthalmologist’s daily recommendation and makes one bottle last twice as long. They taste just fine, no after taste - so pleased I found these!

The flavor is excellent. Plus they are both a probiotic and prebiotic.

If you have issues with seafood-based omega-3 supplements or you would rather taste your supplements, these gummies might be for you. Flaxseed is a good source of omega-3 and these small, sticky gummies might be more healthy since they also have fiber.While they seem to have a funny aftertaste to me, it could be that I am still not used to flaxseed gummies.At 20USD for a 30day supply they are not inexpensive, so I probably would not order them again based on cost. I am rating these four stars for what they are, not for the texture or taste. As always, your mileage and preferences may vary...
