I've used a few different resistance bands for 3 years now so I can compare to those.Firstly these do feel safer and stronger than previous cheap resistance bands I've bought from Amazon. Can't say how long they'll last as I've had them for one day but compared to my old bands, they are definitely a bit thicker and less likely to snap. One thing I would say is that I've never had any band snap at all in 3 years (the longest I've used the same set is about a year)These bands are a bit shorter than standard so they provide a bit more resistance. For example, the 50lb band here is a bit harder to stretch than a 50lb band in my old set. I think that's a bonus if it makes your workouts harder.One thing I don't like personally is usually each band has a clip on which you then clip onto the handles. With these, it's the handles that have the clip. I find it harder to clip and unclip bands this way as it's a bit fiddly. Luckily I just used the clips from my old bands so it doesn't bother me now.With these bands, they seem to go from a light shade of blue to dark shade to represent the easier band to the hardest band. I like this, however I feel like the 30lb and 40lb bands are the wrong colour and should be swapped. The 30lb band is a darker shade of blue than the 40lb band. This is confusing and I've mistaken the bands a couple of times even in just one workout. I'll hopefully get used to it though.In conclusion, I'd recommend these over the other bog standard bands you get from here or eBay as they definitely do feel stronger and less likely to break. However this product only got released in April 2023 it says so you cannot say how good they will be over time.

I received this item from the Amazon Vine Program.I work full time plus I have a 5 year old son so I am quite busy and has no time to hit the gym. I do cardio at home by running/jogging on my walking pad however, I noticed that cardio is not enough and I need to tone my arms and thighs.This resistance band set includes:5 exercise bands, 1 door anchor, 2 handles, 2 ankle straps,1 sports guide and 1 handbagIt ranges from 1-5 lbs. I normally use the 2 or 3 lbs resistance bands. It is easy to use as it comes with handles.As for the actual work out/ exercises, I just watch online tutorials that focuses on what I need to work on which is currently my arms and thighs.

This is a great set of resistance bands and accessories. The band tensions are split from 10lb up to 50lb, and can be used together to increase weight resistance - realistically accommodating even the strongest person when maxed out.The bands themselves are well-designed and incredibly durable. I've had them at what felt like their limits (on over-the-head tricep routines) and they're fine. They're massively superior in every way to a previous set I've used, which is more akin to a rubbery sheet of material.Overall this is a comprehensive set of bands that provide everything you need.

The safety aspect of these bands and the research involved to produce them is prominent in the information.I am not convinced about the resistance amounts being what they are stated to be. They do seem to have more resistance when all used together at the same time than other similar alternative products. Yet I don't think they are close to the full stated poundage.The ankle straps are comfortable to wear. With the hook and loop tape used seems of good quality. There is neoprene for padding. It is quite thin and not very firm but does the job.Both handles are comfortable to hold.Each carabiner is sturdier than another similar set I have used.The instructions are clear and quite an array of different exercises are represented in images. There are spelling mistakes and even the use of wrong words. Yet all being understandable.Useful for a drawstring bag to have been included.The resistance tubes are only labeled at one end. It would have been more convenient if both ends stated their resistance rating.One resistance band arrived quite creased in one place and this was probably due to it getting squashed by something else.The tubes are too long to have them go around my back and to do a chest press exercise. They require being attached to something at one end.It seems to be a decent set. Combining two sets will certainly increase the resistance possibilities, and make things more challenging. Although larger sized suitably rated carabiners may be required to hold the increased number of resistance tubes.
