I haven't used this pump for softwashing to many times but when I did, the pump worked great. The 3 jobs I used it on were on 2 story houses, 5k sq ft. I applied SH and flushed an entire 5 gallon bucket of water after each use. I rinsed the homes with the customers water supply. I'm using a modified Gilmore gun and JRod and it was a breeze.On initial setup you have to pump water to get it dialed in. The pump at first will pump, then turn off repeatedly until you turn the hex head in until it smooths out and stays off once you let off the gun. I know it's an off brand but have also seen other companies brand the pump with their own name.If you are skeptical as to buy or a hard pass, I would encourage you to try it. The 3 jobs I did using it has paid for the pump. I believe I'll buy a second just for a backup. Nobody wants to be on a job and their pump fail, especially without a drop in replacement.

I like the flow rate. This one has cut my time down watering plants. I hooked it to a poly tank and run it off a 12v battery solar charged. Stuck the tank in a garden cart and water everything in a dry spell. It's just a fantastic pump.

I bought this a while back and finally went to put it to use. However I plugged it into a 12v battery and it did nothing at all. I tried with a 12v charger and still nothing. Not sure if power input isn't enough but it doesn't even try to power on. The fuse is perfectly fine, so I wasted my money and since it's been a while I can't even return it.

Got this to build a small soft wash system. Seems to work pretty good.

It's an OK pump at first I guess. I used it for soft washing and always run water through my pumps at the end of a job. However, I only made it through 1 job with no issues with this pump. I was able to get through 1.5 more jobs with it, but I had problems getting it to hold pressure on those jobs before it just died on me. Go figure I can always get it to work fine at home, but then go out to a job and it won't hold pressure for any extended amount of time. Bought an everflo to replace this pump and it's been working like a beast on the job sites in comparison to this pump. I really wanted this pump to be better but not worth it if you can only get 2.5 uses out of it and 1.5 of those uses are riddled with pressure problems that made the jobs take all day
