Satin ice Red Cookie Icing - 8oz - Bottle

The red color is nice and the taste but it is as slow as Christmas drying which was a put off for sure. Must have something to do with the color because the while was wonderful. It did eventually dry but I ended up putting a fan blowing over it to speed it along. The blue I was super slow in drying....will be trying the green and other colors to see if they are better. Another thing, half of the bottles I ordered were missing the little red cap so that you can reseal the bottle. THAT is very annoying as I don't know if this will affect the shelf life with just a piece of aluminum foil wrapped around the top which is what I had to do.

Opened the icing bottle, shook it like crazy. All that would come out was runny product. Shook it more. No change. Could not squeeze the icing out just black liquid😡

Not sure it was very old, but despite a lot of shaking, it was hard material at bottom of the bottle and what came out was too runny. Ruined the items I tried it on. If you have had success with this product purchased somewhere else, great. I can’t recommend this product or seller. Horrible product.

My husband and I purchased 3 colors of this brand of cookie icing from Amazon. We shook the contents vigorously and repeatedly. But we were unable to get the icing to thicken into usable cookie icing. This icing ran off the surface of the cookies as if it were water on an icy surface! Only if the surface of the cookie was extremely level and flat did this icing even come close to staying on the surface, and sometimes even then, I experienced a pool of colored goo beside and UNDER my cookies! In short, avoid this brand of icing!

Very runny and was not able to use.

I normally love their products especially since they’re nut free. However, this time was an epic fail. I decided to take a shortcut and not make my own cookie icing this time because I have so much to do. However, that turned out to be my mistake Every time I tried to outline it would run off the sides of the cookie. I think it’d be fine for flooding but definitely not for anything else. Now I have to make my own anyway. This was a waste of time and money.

Color was amazing but for the first five cookies I did the icing was runny and fluid, and then what was left inside the tube was thick and impossible to squeeze out.
