The hat was lovely, the packaging was terrible
While the hat was very nice. The packaging was terrible. It was shoved into a plastic bag and badly mis-shapen when it arrived. I would highly recommend sending your lovely hats in a cardboard box in future shipmemts.Unhappy customer

NOT WHAT WAS EXPECTED!!!
I expected a had that came in a box ready to wear, this hat was folded in 4 places and in a sandwich size bag! NOT WHAT I EXPECTED.To say the least I am highly disappointed.
