A must have for drivers with back pain!
Love this product, its been a life saver! I always seem to get tight during car rides but especailly needed it this year as I hurt my low back and was in a lot of pain, especially when sitting. This didn't exactly cure me but it helped me get through the injury and manage the pain during car rides. I'm finally feeling a lot better almost a year later but I will definetly continue using this to make sure i keep good posture while driving. Minus 1 star due to a little tearing around the top corners where the material started to break apart already.

Must-try!
This product is amazing! It hurts when you do it but then when you get up and start moving around you definitely feel a difference in the lower back pain. I suffer from sciatica due to a herniated disc and a bulging disc in two separate locations and my spinal column and this relieves a lot of pain. Just get it and try it and you will see a difference. Keep in mind that the pain that you feel while you are on it only lasts for a little while. I would recommend starting with small intervals of 30 seconds at a time.

Great lumbar support!
I love this support! In addition to lying on it under my lumbar area, I find I most often use as a support while sitting and it feels great! I have had the product about a week and it is already an indispensable part of my day!

Really good for the spine.
The spikes are very hard but you lay on it slowly and once you relax, it feels great. It really helps relax the back and relieve the pain.

I would give this 5 stars but I have a short waist and I really need one just slightly smaller.The foam is hard, but comfortable. Stretches well.

this device is very stiff and isn't comfortable to use. The arch is way too high to use more than a few seconds.

Its not the right size to use as back support in a chair.
Its not the right size to use as back support in a chair which is why i got it. its made of hard foam and to be honest, it kinda hurts.

Awesome it works wonderful on my back..stretches it just right not over stretched and sore ..its a must have if your on your feet all day a few minutes a day a few times is perfect
