Product was good in quality but as described we r paying for both pillow and cover but even after complaining we didn't receive the removable outer cover if it is not available don't do false mentioning in the description.

Great Product
The product overall is quite good. Feels comfortable and provides decent support. The only thing that I felt was that the product could have been slightly less pricey then, it would have been amazing.

No relief
Pillow is very hard and it didn't felt upto mark for memory foam standards.. didn't give any relief to neck pain.

Nice product
Comfortable .. I like the quality. The only problem was a bit of smell for first few days probably because it was packed in some PVC plastic.

Partial product received.
I placed order as it is set of 2 but only 1 pillow has been delivered. I requested to replace and send me two pillows to complete this order. Guy who came to pick up product asked to return 2 pillow. When I haven't received 2 pillow then how can I return. Really disappointed with this. It was being given to me as my Birthday day gift but this has ruined my Birthday present. I had to request for refund as they can't place replacement. Hope this time guy will not ask for 2 pillow and refund will be initiated.
