Let me start off with what I do like about this hat. It does keep my head warm, I give you that. I like the stitching design of the hat, kind of stylish. So that's about where my good qualities of this hat ends for me.Now the bad. I don't know where you keep your phone, but I usually keep mine in my back pocket. This causes the Bluetooth to constantly loose connection with the hat. For me that's a huge issue. Considering that's not more than 3' maximum away from this hat. Next the volume of these horrible little speakers is atrocious at best. The volume turned up to maximum is akin to having earbud at a quarter volume. So if your say running any kind of machinery, lets say a snow blower, table saw, or anything that makes any noise, there is no way your going to hear anything from these speakers. Granted they are not earbuds. However there is absolutely no reason the volume level should be this low.Next I find it very difficult to even keep both speakers positioned over both ears at the same time. For me they are placed too far forward to be able to align both speaker directly over both ears. I'm always adjusting and readjusting the hat to TRY to keep both speakers over both ears to be able to actually hear any kind of average, and I do use the word average very sparingly, sound out of them.They have placed the function controls as part of one of the speakers so now you have the controls on the side of your head. You would think this would help with the Bluetooth reception as it's on the side of the hat and a little closer to my back pocket. It doesn't. The control 'box' wants to slide around in its little pocket that it's in which makes it even harder to locate the three button that it has. Your suppose to be able to hit the center button, if you can locate it, when a call come in to answer the incoming call. Good luck with trying to find that button before you miss the call. If you manage to connect with that in coming call, pray that you don't loose Bluetooth connection with your phone. In my opinion it has the CHEAPEST Bluetooth speaker system that they could have possibly put in this hat and still make it (semi) functional. By no means was I under any delusional understanding that I would be getting high end quality sound out of a rather inexpensive headgear. However I was not expecting to get 'dollar-store' low quality, very low volume sound out of this hat either.Lastly if the style is to have twice the amount of hat piled up on top or hanging off the back of my head, then they nailed it. But for me, not so much.In conclusion I have given this hat 2 stars for only the style of the stitching look, and that it does a pretty good job at keeping my head warm on these cold days. Other than that the speaker system is only useful in a quiet location.

My fiancé loves this beanie and he loves his audio books so this beanie was his ideal fit! The battery lasts long and he works at a dog daycare where it is loud. He can hear his book just fine! He answers my calls and can hear and talk to me clearly through it on both ends. He said it’s very warm, has great connectivity distances, and cancels out noise very well.

Was thinking this was just gunna be okay but I was way wrong. This thing is AWESOME!Sound Quality: Great! They are not ear buds so no noise cancelling or anything but it's close enough. Gets pretty loud without sacrificing quality.Battery Life: 20 hours at full volume! Incredible!Comfort: very warm. Black faux lined on the inside.One of the best amazon purchases I've made in awhile!

I am able to listen to my night time meditation without disturbing my husband.

Sound quality is not great on phone call but everything else works perfectly
