I liked that the product that was advertised was what we needed. It swapped out perfectly and our Rannai on demand water heater is working perfectly again.

Thought this would be an exact duplicate of the original, but it wasn't. The water heater service man had to try and make it fit, but ultimately he had to order the part from the manufacturer and come out and install that and throw away the par I got from this site at a great extra cost to me. Why would you change the thickness of the gasket from the original in the first place?

It is better to replace than sanding the old one. Saving headaches and screaming from the bathroom

These lasted 3 months then burnt up. Absolutely horrible quality. Dish out the difference in price for the OEM, the quality is superior and won't give you any headaches or code 11's.

Only buy if you need three ignitor electrodes..! All three are identical and come without the male spade connector (not just one as pictured by the seller), and have the same rod bend on the burner side. See attached picture for what you will receive.

Did not work the very last one in the picture advertised did not come all three of them are the same so wasted my time puting them in to take them back out
