Easy to put together and adapt to where you’re storing it

They deserve a 0 but 1 is the lowest I can give them. Don't buy this product ir ANYTHING from Raxgo unless you want to receive damaged products, like I did, and the company not do anything to fix it. Raxco is horrible. I called and asked them via phone and email to just replace the part and they did nothing. Raxco is the worst customer service company I've ever dealt with in Amazon. Do yourself a favor and avoid Raxco like the plague.

I ordered 2 of these to free up some space, but upon opening the first box, there were some broken wing nuts, so I didn’t bother to open the second.

There is a black with a rectangular styled support beam. Get that one. Not this. The circular design allows for the hands to turn no matter how much you tighter the screw and the hands' pads as well. I should have known better than to go cheap.Hand pads are plastic, not rubber. Your bike will slip and the pads will twist if you have them facing up. So I have them sit back with the support at the front. In the images you'll see how I manipulated the pad to face down. This is because the bike wants to fall backwards. It's the only thing to make it look/behave remotely decent.Scratch resistance doesn't mean much if it's prone to twisting causing the bike to hit the stand. Head tilts forward a fair bit. (mild concern).We will see how this holds up. Materials aren't the bad guy here. It's 100% the design. Raxgo's rectangular designed bike stand has far better support for the bikes.

incredibly disappointing with the cheap construction of this product. Multiple defective parts. One of the nuts was already stripped and the plastic cradle was broken on arrival. This doesn’t feel stable especially with my expensive bicycles. Reaching out to company now for replacement parts.this is low quality and IKEA could do a much better job

It was not an easy fit, which made it difficult to assemble.

This product is junk, save the headache.Customer service is a joke and no help with replacing broken parts. If there was a 0 for rating this product that's what i would give it.
