The media could not be loaded. I've been using this machine for some time, and initially, everything appeared to be functioning well. However, I recently received a clearly counterfeit £5 note as change from a shop, and despite numerous attempts, this machine failed to detect it, counting it as regular currency alongside the genuine notes. It makes me question how many other counterfeit notes it might have missed if it couldn’t even identify such an obvious fake.I'm quite disappointed that I invested this much in what feels like just a fancy money counter. The main reason I chose this model was its promise to alert users to counterfeit bills.

Accepts only British notes. Would have been better if it accepted Irish and Scottish notes.

It didn’t recognise new sterling pound notes which has kings head on, and we decided to update it with manufacturer’s official update files from their website.Now it doesn’t recognise any notes. So, do not update your device.Tried to contact with manufacturer via contact form on their website but I didn’t receive any response.They don’t even have a phone number to call.

Really lovely machine but does not except Scottish notes, but work on other currency

Si tratta di un rivelatore di banconote molto affidabile grazie ai 7 sensori, facilmente programmabile grazie allo slot per micro SD e per la porta usb "per collegamento al pc".Per il momento riconosce tutti i formati delle nuove banconote in € quindi non necessità di aggiornamento.Si può decidere se la banconota dovrà uscire dalla parte posteriore "utile se si usa come conta banconote" o dallo stesso lato dell'inserimento, utile in un negozio.si possono settare due tipi di conteggio, il primo semplicemente conteggia il numero di banconote mentre l'altro fa anche la somma, utile per un rapido conteggio del proprio contante.Si può utilizzare anche a batteria ma quest'ultima non è compresa nella confezione.Edit del 09/11/2022Non aveva quasi mai perso colpi durante "il poco utilizzo" dal giorno dell'acquisto, ovvero, febbraio 2021, ultimamente però non era più affidabile e molte banconote, soprattutto da 10 e 50 euro le faceva risultare false, per validarle bisognava inserirle in un solo verso e non sempre questo era efficace, avevo pulito la testina di lettura e tutti i sensori, contattato il venditore, il quale mi rispondeva in lingua inglese, continuava a farmi fare cose inutili compreso l'aggiornamento ad oggi non necessario, quando poi ho letto l'ultima risposta, ovvero, di rivolgermi all'azienda costruttrice ho preferito telefonare all'assistenza Amazon la quale ha provveduto a rimborsarmi il prodotto e aprire un reso, ho quindi provveduto all'acquisto dello stesso prodotto ma direttamente venduto da Amazon, l'ho ricevuto oggi e funziona alla grande, è anche molto più silenzioso del precedente.Quindi 5 stelle al prodotto ma 3 stelle al venditore anche se ha prontamente provveduto ad emettere noti di credito.
