The toner cartridge is what I ordered and arrived as promised in good condition. Can't ask for anything more than that!

Good Value for compatible ink
Great substitute for the brand name ink. We have gotten a dud now at then that drops ink or prints bad but we just send a pic to the seller and they have always replaced without question. We think the savings makes it a good value.

Great price and you do not have any problem in Xerox to recognize that is a legitimate xerox product.

I tried two other toners before this one. This one worked and the first two did not.

Not bad for the money but the page yield they advertise is false. In truth it's about half of what they say.

Immediately Printing Gray Lettering
We inserted the toner cartridge and it immediately behind printing gray lettering. It's not even close to being black. Very disappointed. We will hopefully find a better substitute somewhere.
