My wife and I live in an extremely rural area in the mountains of West Virginia. While we have a “sort-of” grocery store here, when we need real groceries it is a 1 hour+ drive to the closest town of any size. We carry a 12 volt powered freezer in the car, but it is set to hold frozen items, so we also need something to carry our normal refrigerated items, like milk, meat, cheese, etc. We have a Kia Soul, so space is at a premium. We have been using the Amazon foldable bags for several years and they work great, but they are getting a bit worse for wear now. When I saw this, I found the perfect replacement for those old bags. I really like the expandable pocket, as we will often buy a packer brisket, which is pretty good sized. The insulation value on this is higher than the old bags we have.I give this 5 stars. I doubt we will ever use it backpacking, but for our trips to the “big city”, this is perfect for us.Note: I have been an Amazon customer for almost 20 years. I got this pack for my daughter to use when riding on her scooter and doing errands. She doesn't work for a delivery service (yet) but since she lives independently and ONLY has her scooter, getting more than a small amount of groceries at a time was a problem. Now she simply wears this to the shop, does her shopping with it in the cart, then re-loads it up and puts it on before heading home. She also LOVES that it is larger on the bottom and made to hold pizza boxes with easy insertion and removal. No more added delivery fees for her pizzas since she can order and pick them up on her way home from work!

I am going to enjoy delivering food a lot more since I have this insulated bag. It has more than two pockets and a very comfortable shoulder strap that’s equally adjustable when you pull it away. I like that it’s got reflectors soo passerby’s people can see me.

Product quality is not good. I am very disappointed with the product and not worth for 50$

Great bag for Uber and door dash delivery the quality is quite good for the price but the zipper are not that strong but have to wait for long term use overall 4/5 go for it you won't regret the purchase #realreview

Bag is very small, the material stains just from rain, and the zips have fallen off within 2 uses for delivering on motorbike. Not fit for purpose
