Not good for flat cable
I wish they would have made it clear that this device is intended only for round cable. Round cable is cut and stripped well but stripping flat cable is a major pain, has to be done by hand with a razor blade. I know they never said it worked for flat cable but a courtesy note would have been appreciated.

Decent crimper for the money
The crimper itself does the job well. It’s sturdy and doesn’t feel cheap. It cuts and strips the insulation very well, crimps very well, but kind of leaves the brown wire hanging when cutting off the pass through wires. Not a big deal, I can finish the job by just twisting it a few times with my fingers. The cable tester on the other hand is absolute garbage. Right out of the box mine was not functioning properly, the #2 LED would light up without a cable even connected. And when testing known good cables it would not light up the #2 LED on the receiver and both the 1 and 2 LEDs would light up when testing the #1 wire. I opened up the main box and found solder bridging the pins on the RJ45 connector which I scratched off with a screwdriver and re-tested, all is good now. The reason I say this tester is garbage is due to the poor circuit design. There are no current limiting resistors in series with the LEDs, this causes the IC chip to become very hot pretty fast….which I’m also assuming will cause unnecessary battery drain. It works, yes, but just barely. All in all, this kit is still a good deal for the money and would buy again.

Meh, cost to value seems about right.
Get the job done. Cheap materials though. Blade that cuts the copper falls and gets dents in blade edge quickly. Almost impossible to sharpen. The end testers work mostly buy are very easy give different reading if rj 54 jack are move around while inside tester. You know like slight yank on the cable or something with change what it's reads. Anyway, ya get way ya payfor but overall I'm not upset about cost to value.

Fair price
Does the job, would recommend better ones id you're going to be using all the time. These could use some fine runing when it comes to the crimp and cut. The blade is set a little shallow and not quiet broad enough so the end wires jackets are not fully trimmed on cat6 cable. Crimp seams to be just a hair shallow, doesnt effect performance but i dont feel like its a full crimp. Testers are nothing fancy, it just checks your pairs and that the pins align. Any other testing for like bandwidth and resistance you're going to need somthing better.
