Tried this for the 1st time, and my first ever time, with an alcohol burner.Was good, heated up quite quickly. Boiled 3 small saucepan loads, on 70ml of fuel.It didn't seen to have the flames going through the little holes though?Maybe I'm doing something wrong?Overall, I'm happy. If I can get a more steady flame, I'll be delighted.Great value for two stoves

I originally purchased a spirit burner from another seller which I had to return as it just did not get up to full flame however I purchased these 2 Pack Mini Alcohol Stoves, Ultralight Portable Spirit Burner Furnace, Camp Stove with aluminium pot stand and they are of much better quality than the other I had to return and they almost get up to full flame similar to a Trangia but not quite, however these Mini Alcohol Stoves / Ultralight Portable Spirit Burners do not burn fuel as quick as my Trangia Spirit burners do. I'll be using these Mini Alcohol stoves as stand alone stoves as well as in the 2x Ohuhu Rocket Stoves I recently purchased. These Mini Alcohol Stoves / Ultralight Portable Spirit Burners are of good quality and good value for the price paid. For ultralight backpacking these stoves will do the job but work even better if a windshield is used. I will recommend these Mini Alcohol Stoves / Ultralight Portable Spirit Burners to friends who also enjoy camping and or making hot drinks when having picnics.

I've started using this kind of stove as its become difficult to find the hexamine blocks for my old army issue folding stove. This is compact and light and works really well. Make sure you're using a wind break and it wont disappoint.

I bought these to send to Ukraine through a charity my sister works with. There is no power in most of the war zones so these will be fantastic for people to cook on. .

I had bought a similar burner (about the same in every way) about two weeks prior to replace my old faithful that developed a split, so I decided to buy a backup for the new one, the price I paid for these two was about a pound difference that I paid for one, go figure ,set all three up and tested with great success, all three bloomed at the same time, no complaints at all, but I could have saved 12 pounds if I had seen this first, but hay ho I have 3 now, great quality, great build, great value, just the job, very happy.
