Alloy Collectible Yellow SLS AMG Toy Vehicle Pull Back Die-Cast Car Model with Lights and Sound

For today’s review, I’m taking a look at another Chinese diecast metal manufacturer, ILooboo (Double Horns) Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG.I know nothing about this company but the sole fact that like other Chinese companies, the bottom of the vehicle will show the name of the company but on Amazon and other websites, a company uses their name to sell the product.So, for Amazon, ILooboo is the company I will go buy in this review as I could not find anything on “Double Horns” that is shown at the bottom.So first, let’s discuss the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG. In this case, the vehicle is closely similar to the 2019 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG. This is quite literally one of the most expensive consumer Mercedes-Benz in the market.Back in 2013, it was sold for around $286,000. Now the price has nearly doubled, while the Black Series version is nearly $950,000.This is a luxury sportscar that looks awesome but what about this diecast metal version of the vehicle?This is a 1:32 version of the vehicle made of zinc alloy, ABS plastic parts, rubber tires and not only does it have the rollback gimmick (roll it back and it moves forward), and the hood, trunk and side doors can open, but it also features glowing LED lights. Open the left or right door and you can hear the alarm activate (or deactivate depending which door is lifted).Push on the front wheels and it will make the engine rev and you will hear the brakes as if you are drifting.These are really cool gimmicks for a diecast metal vehicle car.For the most part, this is a very cool vehicle and great for those who want to own it via diecast metal version as we can’t all own the real thing.But the details are fantastic on this vehicle, the gimmicks featured are very cool but I will say that most Chinese companies who feature unlicensed cars tend to missspell a word and do the logos differently, but no, you do get the Mercedes Benz logo on the front and rear, the SLS and AMG on the rear as well. So, this may be licensed? Not sure.But there is no denying the quality that Chinese diecast metal cars are providing. Usually, I’ve ran into poorly painted and designed vehicles but these larger scale vehicles are actually well-designed and wonderfully painted with solid detail.Loved the fact they went for black on the rims as well!Please note that you can purchase this vehicle in white, yellow, black and red. But I'm really digging the yellow version!The ILooboo (Double Horns) Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Diecast Metal Vehicle is a vehicle that was much better than I anticipated and easily deserving of five stars!

This collectible die cast car is a well made replica of the real thing. It’s definitely metal & has some weight to it. The doors, hood & trunk all open but the hood is difficult bc it fits so well while it’s closed, you’ll need something thin to assist in opening it. What I think is fun about this car are the lights which actually light up and move with different sounds, like the car alarm will beep and the lights blink a couple times with it, which I think is really cool. There are a few different sound effects but that’s one example. The car comes with the battery already installed you just need to pull out the little plastic piece to get it working. Another cool feature is the “pull back” feature which when you put the car down on its wheels, pull the car back a bit then let go it “drives” forward pretty quickly! Kids love those kinds of toys so this is sure to keep a young boy or girl occupied for a while. I knocked off a star bc as parents our kids all have those few toys that are super loud or annoying when it repeats over and over and this car has super loud sound effects with no way of turning down the volume and actually there is no/off switch. Every time the car door opens or gets played with you are always listening to those blaring loud sounds which can get annoying quickly. That’s my only complaint, otherwise it’s a great car model, very thoughtfully made. Would make a great gift for a lot of ages!

I got this for my little one who is obsessed with racing little cars around the living room right now. They are very rough with the cars and have put their collection to the test. This car has held up nicely, though a small chip in the paint was the result of dropping it onto stone steps.Everything about the car is very realistic - it has good weight and feel and all doors, hood, etc. open. The steel construction of hinges has me confident it will survive longer than many toys in my house. There are many small details that could easily have been done more cheaply with decals, but textured metal and plastic were used instead which adds a lot of value. The only feature this car lacks is steering, but at this price point I can definitely forgive that.The lights are well done - they look like actual car head/tail lights and not just random LEDs. I do wish they stayed on steadily instead of flashing. The car's 'realistic sounds' are based on it being driven by a maniac with several substances in their bloodstream. I'd like it to sound like it's being driven by The Stig rather than Mad Max, but perhaps I'm a bit boring.

This "iLooboo Alloy Collectible Yellow Benz SLS AMG" vehicle is a lot of fun! All the doors, hood, and boot open, and the LIGHT and SOUND effects are wonderful and fun.This vehicle comes equipped with the required 'button batteries' and a plastic tab just needs to be pulled out to allow the light and sound effects to operate.The car is attached to the 'display tray' by 4 phillip head screws which keeps the car secured during shipping and must be removed to detach the car from the tray.I found NO 'pull back' operation in the cars ability to move, so I can't comment on that function. However it does ROLL very well and the sound and light effects makes it a fun toy to play with.The ONLY sticking point for me is the value for the price.I can recommend this SLS AMG 'gullwing' car as a fun to play with for any kid into cars, and it can make a nice display piece for car 'fanciers' with the bonus 'effects'!

This is a pretty high-quality replica / toy, made with lots of metal, doors the open and close, and fun sound effects. It seems very durable, and rolls well for play time. I have two issues; first, it is VERY VERY loud - would have been nice if it had some sort of volume control. Second, it makes several different sound effects, but each one is triggered in a different way, and there is no obvious way to figure it out. A little guide or diagram of instructions would have been great. Beyond that, very cool, my kid loves it.
