Just got this today and after assembling it, not bad at all. It does come with 2 light bulbs and it assambles very easily. You do need little force fitting the first center pole section onto the base pipe but to make it go smoothly just use some dish soap coating inside of pole and base pipe so they slip together. Uses 12 screws to hold planer and center post support together were buying the power screwdriver came in Handy. The lightshade just slips onto the pole and you connect light cap by linning up the tabs and twist to lock just remember to turn the switch on and screw in the bulb. The rechargable battery is behind a removable cover so can be easily replaced if it fails. Your going to need to weight down the planter with sand or rocks before adding potting mix which looks like needs 1 cubic foot bag of mix. Could use one more center post section so light is little higher but over all very nice.Update: been out for a while and no complaints but should think about one version in white. Birds sure like sitting on it waiting for the bread we give them

Planter very small, pole a bit wobbly

Very nice . Love it.

I bought two of these lighted planters to light the walkway to my front door. They are beautiful and easy to assemble. They can tip easily, so I put small rocks in the bottom. I also shortened the lamp posts, which was easy to do.

It works and looks good. I like the led bulb.

Shortly after I have received this, I installed this according to the manual last night. Light did not work. I thought it did not have enough time to charge. Today, it charged all day long under, Florida sun. It still doesn’t work. How am I going to return or proceed since I already filled with stones and ground in the planter. It sucks.

For the price you would think the solar light would work!
