I didn't really know what to expect. I don't care for apple cider vinegar and have avoided it because of stomach issues. That being said, I decided to try these and I am glad I did! I have been working hard to lose weight and get in better health. It seems every five pounds I lose lately, my weight sticks there for days to a week and it is frustrating. I have had bad bouts of sciatica this year, and just got a second steroid injection in my spine like two days before I started taking these. I had gained 5 pounds from the shot. I have been taking these 4 days now and have lost the 5 pounds I had gained and another 2 pounds on top of that, in four days! I can't be positive it is all the gummies. I am eating 1,500-1,800 calories a day. My husband decided he wants to try them now since I have had a burst in weight loss since I got them. I've had good results, but can't guarantee that you will.

These gummies are great, help surpress my hungry. They taste great and are a great value!

I've been using these gummies for a few weeks. They taste good, but alittle too sweet for me. I was disappointed that you have to chew 2 tables with your meal. Only 30 in a bottle. So that's only a 15 day supply. Not sure that's worth the price. They do suppress my appetite, but no great weight loss to announce. 😕

Texture easy to chew not offensive in any way, no taste of vinegar, we eat two in the morning ( 8 am) n not starving til noon .... Value, sure there are others out there cheaper, n tried them & keep returning to this brand... Even if its just for gut health, these are our go to... Past purchases 5x

These are pretty good, I did feel an increase in energy throughout the day, however after taking the entire bottle there has been no weight loss. I haven’t decided if I’ll order them again or not. I gave it a three because it claims to promote weight loss.

My story is very rewarding I have to admit. I have been a type 2 diabetic since 2016. I wasn't controlled and I tried to eat right and not take any insulin. Well, For 2 years I went on like this and on January 17th 2018 I landed in the hospital 2 days before my 51st birthday. I was devasted, scared and I really thought I was going to die. I ended up staying in the hospital for 1 week until my sugar was controlled because when I went in I was reading at 400 on the blood check. I was having heart palpatations , and such nervousness and uncertainty of how I was going to fix my life. I was weighing at 366lbs and I felt crappy. My doctor says she really has seen a big difference in my overall health and my AC1 was at 13 when I landed in the hospital and today i'm at 8 and i'm trying for 6 to reach my goal. It's been a great opportunity to have a second chance in life and to be able to walk and exercise again. I have a YMCA membership. My son and I go and enjoy swimming and the gym room. The gummies have a light flavor, they are easy to chew and have no smell. So far my stomachs fine with it, I make sure to take it with food as recommended.

I like the fact that these gummies don't stick together like some other brands do. They taste great so it's like I'm having a treat.

Through out Covid19 pandemic. I have struggled with my weight. I do actively exercise and eat healthier. Noting works. I still exercise and eat healthy. I play baseball 2 times a week. I feel the same. I took one before dinner. I have noticed a different right away. My tummy is sweating no tomorrow. Hopefully these gummier works. I’m not a big fan of candy. These doesn’t taste like candy.

They taste fine - almost like jujubes, so I look forward to my 'candy'. I take them before lunch as that is my hungriest meal. Do they work for weight loss? Don't think so - it's been a month. However, my nails look better probably due to the gelatin. As for stomach health - hard to say. These types of gummies are all over the internet for weight loss. Snake oil me thinks.
