Helps with snoring
Have a problem with snoring and frequently waking up, sleep disturbance. This has been really helpful. Comfortable to sleep on, fun and supportive .

Quite firm requires further padding. Suitable for short term use
I bought this for recovery following spinal surgery and while it's great value for money I found it to be too firm. I opened the cover and wrapped the hard foam with soft quilting filling to make it more comfortable then squeezed the whole lot back in to the cover. I then wrapped the entire thing in cotton fabric as I didn't like the synthetic feel of the cover provided.When used in conjunction with cervical pillow and lumbar support it did the job. Only used it for first month of recovery. First two weeks I used it placed at greatest angle for almost sitting position and second two weeks I turned it over for lower angle/ more reclined position.Overall good value for money for short term use but quite firm and not very comfortable when unpadded.Arrived in absolutely massive box ?

I’m thrilled to share my satisfaction with the results of the product of my spouse. Who suffers from both back pain and a significant snoring problem. I’m delighted to report that not only has his back pain lessened. But more importantly his snoring has significantly diminished.

Uncomfortable
Got this for sleep apnea it just slides across the bed and falls off. Feels so hard and doesn’t help with back pain. Should have listened to reviews… even with pillows on top just makes sliding worse, had to return.

Not great to sleep with
Bought this as I suffer with spinal issues I hoped it would help me when sleeping but it's too big. My fault because I should of check dimensions. However it's well made turned up on time and I still get use when I'm watching TV in bed so not a total waste
