Helps you sleep a little better
Got these to help with my sleep problems, they make you sleepy rather than putting you to sleep outright, allowing you to get to sleep the natural way. The taste isn't bad for a pill, definitely not the worst I've tasted, but does still have some small room for improvement.Taking them about 30 minutes before you want to sleep seems like to optimal strategy for me, obviously this will vary per person, I did get a small headache the first 2 nights I took these but it quickly went away.
