This is a great product!! 5 star quality! My daughter is a dancer and has inflammation in the hip ever time she dances. She has been using this under her sweatpants and says it fits snug and provides her hip some stability. She can definitely feel a difference afterwards. She said she wished she would have had this years ago! She was hoping it wouldn’t dig into her skin and cause a rash and it hasn’t. She’s very sensitive to textures and this has been easy for her to wear and doesn’t irritate her skin. And the fact the ice pack goes under it is a bonus! She has to ice her hip after her practices and this is so easy for her now. She used to have to wrap Saran Wrap around her ice pack and hip!

So I have had a torn labrum in my right hip for 2 years and am getting surgery in 3 weeks but my right hip is so weak now and falling 2-3 times per week is getting a bit annoying. I looked at tons and tons of options for extra support for my hip and decided to go with this one based on the reviews. Let me say I am SO GLAD I did!Pros: This brace gives my hip the support it needs and restricts how far my leg can move which is what I need. It keeps me from putting too much stress on my hip.Cons: It is very difficult to put on the right leg because it all wraps around the back. It is definitely easier if you need it for the left leg as wrapping it around the left side of your waist and leg will wrap around the front. I think they should make a specific one that wraps around the front for people who need it for the right side.It also gets very warm as the “breathable” fabric is covered by another fabric that is not breathable which insulates it.

I received this today and wore it while I was out doing athletic stuff for 3 hours. It really did a great job of helping me brace my hip and quad. Seems to be a very decently made product. I won't know how it hold up until I get a few months of use from it, but so far I'm pleased.

Stabilizes very well and provides great support. The one thing I experienced as a negative is that when you leave it on for a short period of time it itches. Your constantly scratching. Other then this, it works great.

It does nothing for me. I really wanted to like, I really wanted some relief but it did nothing for my hip.

I've been using this for almost 3 mounts ,i think if the belf were a little solid it will be more efficient.

Definitely helps with pain. Only downside a that is gets very sweaty
