Q: Can I travel with this cover on my boat?

I would think you can, seams tough enough. I use it for a cover. And I like the cover, well worth it. Greg B

Q: I just received this cover for a 16 foot Tracker full windshield boat, do I need a support pole or is it shaped to fit tight enough?

In my humble opinion you will need a support pole - to get rid of the water that may accumulate from a heavy rain, etc. I could not believe my eyes as I pumped about 30-40 gallons of water out of the sunken portion of the cover... not a single drop of water entered the boat... Like Wow... the wind blew over both of my supports once, so I anchored then better on the bottom with the rotors of a C20, won't happen again. :)

Q: Can mice or rats get in through the vent holes?

We had no problem with mice or anything for that matter. The cover protected my boat perfectly.

Q: Would this fit a 21 foot Nautic star with the center consul

it's supposed to be if he's got fans but he hasn't been tested yet
