Quality
The quality of the rope bag seems well made fore recreational rope climbing. Good size to fit a long length of rope and pockets for hardware storage.

Tower climbing
I climb comms towers 200'-1000' and I attached this bag to my harness tail to haul parts up the tower (20lb-60lb) Most towers are galvanized with sharp edges that eat fabrics and other materials very quickly but so far it's been over 4 months and there's no noticable rips or much wear. Plenty of loops for biners and pockets for drinks/anchors etc.It seems overpriced but if you climb for a living it makes every day a bit easier to manage, PLUS you can use it as a backpack so if I ever need to hike to a job site I pack up parts/tools and toss it on my back!!Highly recommend

Great product!
Needed something to put my ropes/belt for climbing in. Did everything I needed? I love the fact that you can roll up the top to make it weather proof from rain almost like a waterproof bag. Prompt Shipping was a plus will be buying from this company again.

Not Just For Arborists
I work in Live Event Rigging. This is my second Notch bag. My first was the 70L butterlfly opening bag, I still use it.Here is my downsized 50L Approach Bag travel getup.I can't say how much I love these bags. And this flat bottomed, semi-rigid, free standing bag is awesome!I always appreciate the compliments of peers that can't resist checking out my bag and setup.Great products. If I had one gripe for this bag? It is the closure. Taxi drivers/Bys Drivers/Baggage Handlers are absolutely convinced the closure is a handle. Yes it is a tough bag, but the plastic closure clasp is probably a weak point, when used as a handle.I solved this by putting a motor bike helmet stretch cargo net over the top...If only there was a vertical daisy chain on all four corners to mske my net rigging easier.
