Very good for protection against negative energy cleanse regularly n charge in the sun or moon get a selenite to cleanse to get the full protection it’s very grounding for root chakra and real it’s not very big but it does the job.

I love this necklace, it’s a little on the long side for me but you can easily tie another knot in it! I would definitely recommend this item and it came with a little information leaflet about how to cleanse it and some other helpful information!

I bought 2. Neither looks like this picture. The stone is half the size and the coil is covering almost all of it (where as the pic shows slot of the stone) and is more of a rugby ball shape.But it is ok. Would prefer the picture one tho’
