Have you ever seen the episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm where Larry get's orthopedic inserts for his sneakers? They're loud and squeak when he walks. That's how I felt while wearing these.I gave them a full month to see if they'd break in. They did not.There's hard plastic in the heel. It's painful. The center of the heel has a tiny bit of gel. It's useless. And you'll feel like a clown walking around with squeaky shoes. I took them out and replaced them with the original soles that came with the shoe. Much better.

First off, the description states that these are 3/4 length, so for everyone saying they are too short... That is what they are supposed to be. I bought these to use in a couple pairs of ballet flats I love, but my wide feet means that they are a bit loose. These insoles add just enough padding so that the fit is very comfortable. Plus, these flats have no sole, so the extra padding is very noticeable and appreciated. But if you are expecting super thick memory foam, it won't live up to that. It's just a little extra padding, that's all.

These feel good at first but since their design covers only the back part of the foot in most of my shoes, as soon as you actually start walking they quickly slide forward. The effect is like that of slipping socks that end up wadded under the middle of your foot. I'm not sure who ever thought this design was a workable idea.

These are great! I purchase inserts for all my shoes (and I have a lot of shoes...one of my indulgences). I have always purchased full inserts in the past because I typically would buy the inserts where I bought the shoes; and the selection isn't always that great. But when I came across these, i thought I would give them a try. For summer shoes, I primarily want the heal support and these are perfect. For winter shoes/boots, I would still recommend going for the full insert. But these are great.

Purchased as a gift for my hubby who is on his feet all day as a floor manager. He wouldn't spring for the other Dr. Scholls sold in stores but he also wouldn't stop talking about how bad his feet hurt. I decided to get these for him in the hopes they would provide him some much-needed comfort. They fit into his Rockports just fine and, after wearing them for 1 hour around the house, he was bouncin' around the house saying "I be gellin!" Thanks!
