I love this tool so much! I have the OG and love it but I wanted to try this one since it has the tweezer option. I love how easy to use this tool is and it has really been a hearing saver for my boyfriend on multiple occasions. I promise you this product has amazing quality and is a must have in all households!

I was a little nervous to use this because even putting a cotton swab too far in the ear can be very painful not to mention dangerous but I like clean ears so I was up for trying it.The product itself looks like a fancy electronic pen and it comes with a set of scoopers and other tools along with a cleaning brush and base. It also has individually packaged tips for cleaning as well that are disposable. It requires downloading a software which I was able to do without issue. The app is easy to use except it did have ads which is tacky. When you pay a lot of money for a product, I don’t expect to see ads. The instructions explain the tools but how to use them isn’t clear in my opinion and I am deeply concerned about using it improperly and causing pain and causing damage to my inner ear. I was able to see some wax (the camera view was clear and I was quite impressed) but was unable to clear it without going too far and honestly I just didn’t feel comfortable when I wasn’t entirely sure that I was using it properly. I haven’t used it after the first time and I think this is something I will leave to the professionals. Overall, if you feel comfortable using this and know what you’re doing this tool is a functional tool and it’s designed well and has a very sleek appearance. It’s a bit pricey compared to other similar products. If you don’t mind the DIY aspect and the price I say go for it. You won’t be disappointed.

The item broke at the tip (see photo). I was lucky it didn't get stuck in my ear.I reached out to customer service and after a few weeks, I got a reply asking if the issue was resolved, lol. When I advised it wasn't, the rep stated she would help get this taken care of. After going back and forward and sending her photos, she asked me to contact the seller directly, who then directed me back to Amazon. What a waste of time and money.

The camera has great quality but u can’t insert it- u have to b careful with the depth perception-my previous camera was great but the he clarity was poor- I would have been satisfied but the company disappeared and no luck replacing accessories

My kid was getting ear aches quite frequently. This was a great way to monitor what was going on inside his ears. Easy to attach to the phone, install the app and go through the directions to connect wireless. Camera is clear and good quality. We are able to see if he's got a buildup or when fluid accumulates. Lots of attachments for cleaning. Provided base holds all the extra scoops. Tweezers are super helpful for removing things without having to fish around.

I thought that with 10 megapixels the image on the phone screen would be bigger, but you're limited to a round camera image on your phone screen with no ability to make the actual image display larger (full-screen would have been great.) With that said, this does produce a pretty clear detailed close-up image of anything--your ears, nose, mouth--you can explore and see tiny things pretty clearly. It takes some getting used to like any hand-held imaging device. The included set of tips and tools comes in handy, the "tweezers" are basically always there, under the rubbery scoop tips that you can slide on or off. The tweezers close and open with a twist of a knurled section on the camera tool itself, takes a bit of patience there. The light is bright, and the tool sits nicely in the base and lights up when you remove the cap, ready to connect with WiFi (not bluetooth!) You can even use the app to make video of what you are doing or looking at. Pretty handy for use with kids or even pets. I checked out a suspect tooth with it and now fear that I may be going to the dentist. Just wish I could view the camera's image in a much bigger format. Maybe beam the image from the phone to a PC or TV.......All in all, a bit pricey, but the packaging is very nice and the look and feel of the tool is high-line.
