This is a solid light that has weight to it and doesn't look or feel like something cheap.The bracket is very stiff and difficult for me to open to have it sit on a surface, but with some work I'm able to get it. You can also hang it.Easy to operate. The on/off switch is on the back and the controls are on the side.It does get a little warm but actually feels pretty good. I've been using it on my right hip for the past couple of weeks and, unless it's all in my head, I do believe it's been helping with my hip pain. It's so hard to tell with these types of things.I've also been using it for my face. I have noticed that my skin tone looks more even and a little cut I got on my left cheek a few days ago has pretty much disappeared without a scar. Again, hard to say if it's the light or if it naturally would have healed so nicely, but I can say usually it takes much longer for my body to fully heal from cuts.It also comes with goggles and you'll want to wear them. Even with them on and my eyes closed during use my vision is funky for several minutes afterwards. So, definitely wear these to protect your eyes.Fortunately, I don't have any skin issues to test this with to show picture proof of it helping, not if this is what is actually helping my hip pain I'd say it's working.All in all I think it's a very nice light.

The media could not be loaded.  I have a little bit of problems with loose neck skin and blemishes on my face.After 8 days with 10-20 minute sessions, my skin is clearer. Not sure about my turkey neck. But it's relaxing to use and skin feels better. I was afraid of my skin feeling dry and tight after using, but that isn't a problem.Overall I feel like it is helping my skin for sure.
