I stumbled across an add to relieve pain and increase mobility in your hips. They recommended a foam roller. I had been feeling very sore in the hip flexors...too much sitting. I'd wake up each morning and it would take awhile to regain free movement...and even then I was sore. The first night I rolled my hip flexors before bed...in the morning I felt ZERO PAIN. This has helped me get back into regular exercise again. I need to stretch and roll my hip flexors every 2-3 days, but I am so grateful for this! I am 58 year old. (You can google how to use this),

I had this roller for only about a month when the plastic on the inside cracked. I would expect a device designed to be rolled on with one’s body weight (I weigh 165 lbs.) to hold up much better. When I looked to see if I could return it, I was notified that it was outside the return window. I would not purchase this item again.As a follow up, I contacted Amazon Customer Service to see if I could receive credit or my money back. I was told that since the roller was outside of its return window, I would not be able to receive credit or refund.

Unfortunately it cracked when I was doing exercises ...

Works great for a great price

I purchased the item, as requested, for my son who is away at college. He is a dance major student. He says the item helped him to relieve his sore leg muscles after dance sessionsTherefore, in my opinion …… worth it 👍🏾

I recently strained my back and the wife has foot pain, so I ordered this to see if it could help. It does feel good when rolling the feet, but its awkward trying to roll it up and down the back, on a wall. As such, it isn't much help for me. The wife uses it occasionally, when the need arises, and we'll see what else it can be used for.
