Put out the money to have a professional put this together!!
I paid a professional $200. to put this together and it was worth it!! This is very expensive ( the professional couldn't believe what I paid for it, compared to a reg tricycle/or bicycle)...that being said , don't get cheap when it comes to putting it together!!!!!. In reading reviews the answer to being satisfied with the finished product is to have someone who has put a few of these things together before ! and will stand behind their work ( like a bicycle shop !) . I am 73 years old and haven't ridden a bike in 60 years , so it will take me awhile to get used to it. When engaging the battery it has a good pickup, almost wants to run away w/me, so I will have to practice riding it..or controlling it , I should say.I knocked off a couple of stars because it seems kind of flimsy or "thin" to me, if that makes sense. I haven't looked @ a reg bicycle in 60 years , so maybe all bicycles are like this , but that being said this is not made to go cross country riding on , so no need of big tires / frame. All in all I'm satisfied w/ it and love having a big basket across the back ( something you can't have on a reg bike ).

Not worth the time or money.
Bike looks cheap. It is very hard to put together.Not happy at all.

This product requires complete assembly. You will need at least 4-6hrs to assemble
Trike was well packed and nothing was damaged or missing. Definitely takes getting used to riding a trike if you’ve never rode one before. Color is absolutely beautiful. Three months of using the trike will tell me more. So far I’m really liking it.

It’s ax great tricycle.
I love the tricycle. I ride it every day for exercise. I really like that I can use the throttle when I need to, and ride it myself when I want to.

Difficult to assemble
This is a great bike. It is horrible to assemble. Even a mechanically minded person will struggle. There is a Utube video of a man putting it together which is helpful. Even he discusses how hard it is to assemble and says that most people could not do it. It is very pretty and I love the tricycle piece, as well as the basket. Be careful turning. Also know that it cost so much to return if you change your mind that it would not be worth it.

Poorly made
Front axle securing bolts are not sufficient to hold front wheel on. Wheel falls off mid-ride. When accelerating the wheel is pulled off and causes the wriest pull off and get damaged. Spent over $200 trying to repair it, even though I've only ridden it a few blocks.

I like that the battery detached and comes in the house to recharge.
